AUTHORITY OF MEDIA OWNERSHIP

By sending media (hard drive or other type) to Recovermypc Inc., I attest to the fact that I am legal owner/authorized agent of the media and data/information contained on it. The client agrees to reimburse Recovermypc, Inc. for any claim against Recovermypc, Inc. related to the data recovery efforts, in the event of any legal issues

LIABILITY WAIVER

By sending the media to Recovermypc Inc., I understand that data may not be recoverable. I understand that data recovery attempt may result in loss of part or all of the data. Recovermypc Inc. does not make any guarantee to the success of data recovery. I agree not to hold Recovermypc, Inc. liable for any such data loss, which may result during or as a theft, shipping, etc in connection with this waiver.

COFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT / NON-DISCLOSURE

Recovermypc Inc. understands that the data contained on your media is confidential. Recovermypc, Inc. operates on an unwritten Non-Disclosure Agreement. If you have a Non-Disclosure agreement that you would like us to sign, please inform us in advance. Recovermypc Inc. agrees not to disclose any information from the media to anyone except employees of Recovermypc, Inc. subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.

WARRANTY OF SERVICE

Recovermypc Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied for the services being provided (before, during of after service is performed).

PAYMENT OF SERVICES

Payment for services is due in full upon completion of successful recovery and must be paid to Recovermypc, Inc. in advance of data being released to customer. If the recovery efforts are unsuccessful, there will be no charges to the customer for shipping and handling. Recovermypc Inc. offers no refund after data has been released to the client.

MEDIA RETURN

Upon data recovery completion media is left with Recovermypc Inc. unless explicitly mentioned by the customer. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

LEGAL RIGHTS

Any media/property left with Recovermypc Inc. over 30 days will be disposed of.
