• Assign qualified and experienced personnel who will exclusively handle your hardware.
• Keep secure and confidential whatever contents of your hard drive that its personnel will be able to recover, to the point of committing it into writing.
• Return the hardware to you after extracting the lost data, or destroy the data completely if you do not want it anymore.

Shipping or Drop Off Options
Drop Off: You can physically bring us your hard drive at our office with your contact information and fill out our drop off from.

Shipping: You can ship your hard drive to our office, but please follow our instructions in order to have no other damage to your drive.

Shipping instructions: If you are shipping us the drive, please package the item properly and use plenty of packaging foam or bubble.

Also we would recommend you send it marked as fragile delivery, to make sure you’re device is not mis-handled.
