How it works!

You hard drive or storage media failed. (which we don't want to happen, but just in case it does)

1. Fill in our 24 hours support form or call our hotline (1 888 778 0367)

2. We will do a basic assessment and provide you with details with regards to your harddrive. 

3. If the storage media has to be sent in. You can either drop off to our location or we will offer you a low cost shipping label.

4. Within 24 - 48 hours we will be able to get your data back [1]

5. We will post the files that we recovered [2] to a secure location and you can download it right away

6. We will ship your original harddrive to you or a new media containing the data we have recovered [2] for you.
 

** [1]  90 % of all data recovery jobs in our labs can be done within this emergency time frame, however, depending on parts availability, This timeline may be delayed on awaiting parts.  You will be notified every step of the way.

** [2] We are able to post files prior to the recovery process in 90 % of cases.  Some cases require data recovery approval to be given by the client then work repair work to be done before we can see important files.

** [3] Clients using our emergency 24 – 48 hour service will be charged an added 50 % due to the expedited service.
